  2. Order
    Please note that an order can only be placed on It is not possible to place an order through phone, e-mail or other.

    Once we have received your order you will get a confirmation sent to your e-mail, this confirmation will contain information regarding your order. Make sure that you check the information and contact us at if there are any complications. Artscape Productions AB reserves the right to cancel an order requests in case of products that are out of stock, inventory differences, technical problems, changes to specifications and any typographical errors on our side.

  3. Prices
    The prices on the webshop are available to view in SEK, GBP, USD, AUD, and EUR.
    For orders shipped in the EU prices include (Swedish) Value Added Tax (“VAT”) for the product. Orders to countries outside the EU are shipped according to Incoterm Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). This means that VAT, duties and/or taxes on orders to countries outside the EU is not collected and we cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur any such additional charges they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. Please contact your local customs office for additional information.
    Please note that the price displayed is the full price of the product including and excluding VAT.
    The shipment fees are added once you reach the checkout page. 

  4. Payments
    All payments made on are made via our payment solution providers Shopify Payments, Paypal and Mondido Payments. All information regarding the payments and card details are sent encrypted using SSL/TLS. All information regarding card details are stored according to the card network legislations. 

  5. Delivery and shipments 
    We aim to ship your order within 2 working days after the order has been placed, however please note that this is subject to workload and delays may occur.
    Orders for products that are out of stock will be cancelled and refunded in total.
    All orders are shipped using DHL and TNT’s parcel services.
    Please note that due to the impact of COVID-19 we are unfortunately unable to guarantee that your order is delivered within the normal shipping times. 

  6. Cancellations
    Please contact us immediately via email at should you wish to cancel your order after it has been completed. Please note that we are unable to cancel an order once it has been shipped from our warehouse. All orders can be returned to us at the buyers expense within 14 days of delivery. For more information regarding returns, please see paragraph 8.

  7. Faulty or incorrect items
    Please contact us immediately via email ( should you receive a faulty or incorrect item. Please state your full name, email address, order number, description of the damage or incorrect condition and any relevant details and we will assist you further in your inquiry. Once we receive your returned order, your payment will be refunded in total.

  8. Returning an item 
    If you wish to return an item, please be advised to do so within 14 days upon receiving your order by sending an email to with your full name, email address, order number and we will assist you further. Cost for the return of an item that is not damaged or incorrect is paid in full by the customer. The customer is furthermore responsible for packaging the returned item in an appropriate way as well as the condition of the returned product.
    If you return the purchased item within the stated time frame and in the same conditions as the product was received in, we will refund you for the cost of the item. 

  9. Certificate of authenticity
    When placing an order for a limited edition fine art print, a certificate of authenticity will be included in the delivery, verifying the number of prints in the edition as well as the paper and printing quality.
    Any returns of a limited edition fine art print must also contain the certificate of authenticity for a full refund.

  10. Force majeure
    Artscape Productions AB is exempt from penalty for failure to perform certain obligations under this Agreement if such failure is due to release factor as described below and circumstances that prevent, hinder or delay performance. The release factor includes e.g. acts or omissions by public authorities, new or amended laws, labour conflicts, blockade, fires, floods, sabotage, natural catastrophes or accidents.
    The force majeure includes administrative decisions that affect the market and products negatively, such as restrictions in indexes, warning labels, sales bans, an abnormal market decline and if the company is exposed to criminal activity that affects the business.

  11. Privacy policy and use of cookies
    By placing your order you agree to let us store your personal data, as long as this is necessary for us in order to uphold our contract with you. The legitimate purpose for storing personal information is to fulfil purchase contract and customer service, consent to customer management, marketing etc.
